Sparkling white of Imereti

Tsitska is a fine white grape of Imereti with high acidity and delicate aromatics. It often partners Tsolikouri and Krakhuna.

Its lively acidity makes Tsitska ideal for traditional-method sparkling wines, and it also gives elegant dry wines with floral and citrus notes. In qvevri it makes pale, fresh amber wines.

Tsitska is valued for balance and a «transparent» style — it needs no power; its strength lies in grace.
