Tibaani is a dry white from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, from the Tibaani micro-zone in southern Kakheti. A protected designation of origin.

Tibaani is traditionally made in the Kakhetian style — with extended skin contact, so the wine is of a rich, «amber» type, with tannin and notes of dried fruit.

It is one of the designations directly tied to the qvevri winemaking tradition.
