Family-style meat with potatoes

Ojakhuri (from the Georgian ojakhi, «family») is a homestyle Georgian dish: pieces of meat (most often pork) fried with potatoes and onions until golden, traditionally in a clay ketsi or a heavy pan.
It is seasoned with garlic, coriander and sometimes tomatoes or hot pepper; fresh herbs are added at the end and it is served hot straight from the pan, with pickles. Every family has its own version, hence the name.
