An evening in central Ambrolauri
No Bar stands on Vakhtang Makhaldiani Street in central Ambrolauri and remains the most visible place in town: in summer it stays open until one in the morning, when everything else has closed.
The menu is split between a European part, with pasta and pizza, and Georgian classics. Racha is all around: Khvanchkara comes from a valley twenty kilometres away, and the Rachan lobiani with smoked lori belongs here no less.
