Tsintsadze

A family marani on the bank of the Supsa

The marani of Gela Tsintsadze in the village of Guturi, Chokhatauri municipality. The vineyards were planted by his forebears along the banks of the Supsa, and the family has kept at it since.

The old vineyard is mostly tsolikouri and aladasturi. At Akhalsheni the Gurian endemics are planted: sakmiela, tetri kamuri, otskhanuri sapere, badagi, chumuta, chkhaveri.

The cellar is small, built for four or five tonnes of grapes, with its own bottling line.
