Biodynamic estate, Beka Gotsadze

Gotsa Family Wines

Gotsa Family Wines is a family estate in the village of Kiketi in Kvemo Kartli, some 25 km from Tbilisi, among the oak forests beside the Algeti National Park.

It is run by Beka Gotsadze, an architect by training who brought the family tradition back to life: the vineyards between Marabda and Asureti were planted in 2012, while the marani stands higher in the Kiketi hills and is filled with qvevri.

The estate has been certified organic since 2017 and Demeter biodynamic since 2018. The wines are made without industrial additives, commercial yeasts or filtration; the range includes Kisi, Tavkveri, Saperavi, Mtsvane and Chkhaveri.
