8000 Vintages keeps one of the largest lists of Georgian bottles in Tbilisi, with sommeliers behind the counter to match a wine to your taste and budget.

The main address is on Tabukashvili Street near Rustaveli, with branches in Vake and Saburtalo and a shop in Berlin. Wine is poured by the glass and sold to take away.
