Ice cream shaped like spaghetti
Ice cream and waffles in the same house on Kostava as No More Mondays. The signature serving: gelato pressed out in strands like spaghetti, whipped cream on top, cherry jam instead of sauce and white chocolate instead of grated cheese.
The flavours are deliberately odd: eucalyptus with honey and chia, avocado with lemon, strawberry with tarragon, cardamom with honey, even blue cheese with pear and walnuts.
